Share and update assembly instructions with a QR code

A published product has a permanent tutorial link. Its QR code opens the latest published guide, so a reviewed update does not require replacing a printed code.

Publish before distributing

Review the current revision, publish it and use the share link or downloaded QR code from Formlore. Test the code on a separate browser before printing. A private draft or merchant preview is not a customer delivery link.

Updates are explicit

AI saves and merchant draft changes do not alter published instructions. Publish the reviewed update to change what the permanent link opens. A customer who already has the guide open keeps the loaded version until reopening or refreshing. Historical versions remain separate.

Deletion and progress

Deleting the product invalidates its shared link. Explain that consequence before removing a distributed guide. Buyer progress is stored in that browser for the actual tutorial version; it does not automatically synchronize across devices. Publicly shareable does not imply permission to list all customer guides in search.
